The STEVAL-MKI209V1K evaluation board embeds an IIS2ICLX inclinometer sensor and connects via a flat cable to a simple adapter board (STEVAL-MKIGIBV2), making it compatible with the STEVAL-MKI109V3.
The sensor is precisely welded to the center of the board and double-sided tape is provided, allowing the user to conveniently mount the board on equipment used for vibration analysis. Alternatively, you can use the holes located in each corner of the PCB to mount the board.
STEVAL-MKIGIBV2 plugs into a standard DIL 24 socket. The kit provides the complete IIS2ICLX pinout and is ready to use simply by installing decoupling capacitors on the VDD supply line.
This adapter is available for the STEVAL-MKI109V3 motherboard, which contains a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller that acts as a bridge between the sensor and the PC, on which you can use a downloadable graphical user interface (Unico GUI) or dedicated software for custom applications program.
