TC78B009FTG is a three-phase PWM chopper predriver for sensorless brushless motors. Motor speed can be controlled by selecting between PWM duty cycle, analog voltage and I2C. Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) has been implemented and can be configured to operate according to the motor and usage instructions. It also implements closed loop speed control functionality without the need for an external microcomputer. The TC78B009FTG is used with six external MOSFET inverters to drive sensorless brushless motors with a wide output range.
