Bridge driver IC for brushed DC motors - TB6641FG

Overview

TB6641FG/FTG is a full-bridge driver IC for DC motors, which provides output transistors in MOS structure. Low on-resistance MOSFET and PWM control help the TB6641FG/FTG generate less heat to drive the motor efficiently. In addition, TB6641FG/FTG has two inputs IN1 and IN2, allowing four operating modes to be selected. Forward (clockwise), reverse (counterclockwise), short brake and stop modes.
