ADTJA1101-RMII: TJA1101 Automotive Ethernet Adapter for S32K148EVB and i.MX8

Overview

The ADTJA1101-RMII adapter card is a purpose-built hardware development tool that allows the rapid addition of 100Mbps Automotive Ethernet connectivity to the S32K148 microcontroller.

The S32K148's RMII interface connects directly to the NXP 100BASE-T1 Ethernet PHY TJA1101 by plugging into the universal expansion connector ADTJA1101-RMII.

A simple screw-type connector on the ADTJA1101-RMII allows you to quickly connect the (included) cable to the transceiver’s Media Dependent Interface (MDI) and build a system from scratch. The driver is fully pre-integrated in the S32K148's software development kit, enabling plug-and-play connectivity out of the box.
