Overview

Project introduction: 18650 charger + power bank + stepless touch LED dimmer.

Introduction to the project principle: Using IP5306 lithium battery charge and discharge chip and PT4110 constant current LED driver IC, the input charging voltage should not exceed 5.5V, the charging current can reach 2.1A, and the discharge current is 2.4A. Short press for 0.5 seconds to activate the USB power bank function and Battery indicator light, press it twice to turn off the power bank function.

Newly added functions: The LED light function can be powered by a lithium battery or an IP5306 boost via a switch (this design is designed to be placed in a pocket to prevent accidentally turning on the LED), SGL6022W touch stepless adjustment The optical chip controls the EN (DIM) pin of PT41110 to achieve stepless dimming. Two upper and lower PCB boards are used to combine the design. In the future, 26650 lithium batteries will be used as flashlights, and stronger power and greater power will be added. Protocol chip.

The board is still being printed on the PCB at Jialichuang. This time, the color of the Sao board is white, and it will take three days to solder. However, the circuit has been debugged using a perforated board. The perforated debugging board is as follows: After the touch is turned off for 10 seconds, the problem is solved. The LED constant current circuit will cause SOS flashing. Although it is useful, it cannot be controlled. The analysis believes that the voltage of the DIM pin of PT4110 is unstable, so a 1K resistor and an optional capacitor are added between the DIM pin and ground. When switching the VBAT and 5V power supply, I found that the light cannot be dimmed in the 5V state. The DIM pin has a voltage of 3V when it is 5V. The SGL8022W can only output the highest Pwm of 2.5V. signal, change the pull-down resistor of the DIM pin to 1K, change R9 to an IN4148 switching diode, and test that all functions are normal!

I came back for testing on Sunday night and found that when powering the LED touch control and LED circuit under the power bank function, the 5V power supply will turn off after about a minute, causing the LED light to not light up. It seems that I still cannot use 5V boost to power the LED circuit. Now, we are ready to directly use the switch to control the power supply of SGL8022W. Turning off the touch control will turn off the LED constant current driver.
