After watching the live broadcast, I felt that it would make more sense to change one of the most commonly used things, so the plan was adjusted to modify a floor-standing fan to achieve switch and gear control. The most important thing is that the sound should be nice.

*4. Hardware part


 

Testing process:

1. Weld JW5033S and peripherals, step down 9V to 5V, and measure the output of 5V.

2. Solder two HX3406s and peripherals, and measure 3.3V and 1.2V.

3. Solder NS4158B and its peripherals, use 4Ω 3W speakers, and fly 3.5mm headphone audio. The sound is good and there is no problem.

4. Soldering CI1122 and its peripherals, I doubted my life for a while. I tried two chips and they both got hot, and 3.3V and 1.2V were short-circuited. When the removed chip was soldered to another board, there was no short-circuit. Finally, all the components were moved over.

5. Burn the test program. If it is not burned in, use the diode switch of the multimeter to measure the ground pin voltage drop. If an open circuit is found, re-solder it with solder paste and solve the problem. (Even if flux paste is added to the tin wire, the fluidity is not as good as that of the solder paste. Applying the tin and then blowing on it will easily lead to false soldering. Only when the solder paste is applied with a soldering iron and then blown on will it feel like it has returned to its original position.)

6. The sound is too loud and the sound is broken. Replace R5 with 0 ohms for 20K and turn on the anti-distortion mode of NS4158B to solve the problem.

7. During the normal burning process, I found that the sound was low, so I changed R5 to 0 ohms, but it was still small, so I changed the gain of R4. Finally, I changed the audio (the audio in the test program was at the maximum volume, and the synthesized volume of 15 felt just right.

8. After I downloaded Vocaloid4, Tianyi’s voice tone was too rigid, and I couldn’t find a boss. Finally, I used Qi Ying Tai Lun’s synthesized voice, and then recorded the boot greeting myself.

9. When installing the fan, there was something wrong with the internal structure, so I finally forced it in.

*5. Software part


 

Controlling several relays through voice is just like lighting a lamp. Only one relay of each gear can be closed. According to the development data, there is generally no problem. The gear can be selected after turning on the fan, and all relays are released when the fan is turned off, saving electricity.
