Project origin

The flat heating table can facilitate manual patch welding of PCBs. I am a Beidiao software engineer and an electronics enthusiast. For the convenience of moving, the choice of tools always favors convenience. The finished flat-panel heating tables on the Internet are often relatively heavy, so I decided to build one myself.

Features

  1. Using PID control algorithm, the temperature control range of the controller is room temperature ~1000 degrees Celsius. (The actual upper temperature limit needs to consider the heating table material)
  2. Currently, it stably supports heating plates with a power of 2000W. (Can be modified to support greater power)
  3. The screen uses a 0.96-inch OLED (SSD1306) LCD display.
  4. Use a rotary encoder instead of button operation to improve user experience.
  5. Supports temperature curve control. (Support coming soon)
  6. Supports firmware upgrade via wifi (updated later). Link ws://192.168.4.1:8266/
