Overview

Thickness: without battery, screen 1.5mm, component height 1.35mm, pcb 0.8mm, total 3.65mm

 

Lowest power consumption standby mode: 34.5uA

 

The main power consumption comes from the DCDC chip (TYP17uA). If you are not short of money, you can choose a chip with lower static power consumption.

1) Add an external RTC to prevent others from adjusting the internal RTC oscillator error calibration, and also bring lower standby current (the specific hardware has been tested)

2) The serial port chip is changed to the cheaper CH9012, the speed is increased to 4Mbps, which is double that of CP2014, and the download is very fast.

1) Upload the basic test SDK package and use it as follows:

The environment is an Arduino development project created under Platform IDE.

Uncomment the two lines in the setup to test the lowest power consumption. Comment out the two lines in the setup to test whether all peripheral devices are working properly.

I've probably written the lowest level stuff, and then I can develop the APP based on it myself.

5) Most of the functions of other smart watches (except GPSNFC heart rate, etc.)

If you don’t even know how to buy components, then you are not suitable for this project. Stop it. Ah Wei, start with something simple.

 

Don't remind me to add GPS, heart rate, etc. I don't need those functions. Thank you.

 

PCB proofing thickness 0.8mm

 

Welding is very difficult without steel mesh and heating table. You can decide whether you can weld by yourself.

 

Don't ask how long the battery life is. If you are happy to use a 20,000 mah lithium battery, it will last until you don't want to use it. At the beginning of the project, the hardware will be open source first. You can write the software by yourself.
