ESP-01s lithium battery WIFI Killer

Overview

WIFI Killer

1. Function description

1. Powered by lithium batteries, you can purchase 3.7V lithium batteries according to the size of the shell and battery capacity.

2. USB port charging, using Type-c socket, two indicator lights, red light charging, green light fully charged.

3. Onboard reset button, one-click reset.

4. (After burning the program,) turn on the switch, connect to the WIFI named WI-PWN, then open the browser to 192.168.4.1 for initialization settings and then reconnect to start using it. The firmware was found by searching on the Internet. It is a firmware that I personally feel is good. Explore and experience it by yourself!

2. Design description

1. Use ESP-01s as the main control module, which is low cost (free shipping for 6 yuan on a certain product) and supports arduino programming.

2. The voltage reduction module ME6209A33PG realizes voltage reduction with low voltage difference.

3. Lithium battery charging management chip TP4059, the circuit is relatively simple and easy to use. The red light (RLED) in the schematic diagram represents charging, and the green light (GLED) represents fully charged.

4. The unused IO has been lead out to the pad and can be connected to other modules.

5. The shell has been designed and placed in the project but has not yet been processed and used. For the time being, acrylic stacks are used as the shell. In the future, the open source 3D printed shell may continue. The shell drawing is drawn using Lichuang EDA (because it is relatively simple), export the DXF and then customize the laser cutting acrylic (Xubao is very cheap, about 20 yuan).

6. The current shortcoming is that the program cannot be burned directly via USB. You need to burn it first and then solder the module to the board for use. If you need to burn it again, you need to connect it with flying wires.

7. The firmware and burning software have been uploaded as attachments, just follow the burning tutorial.

3. Burning Tutorial

1. Download the firmware and burning software from the attachment.

2. Unzip the burning software compressed package.
