Arduino PCB Heating Station

Overview

The voltage is collected through the voltage dividing resistor, the current is collected through the 5 milliohm sampling resistor, the temperature measurement uses a PT1000 thermal resistor, and the display part uses a 0.91 or 0.96 universal OLED IIC pin screen to display the target temperature, actual temperature, voltage, current, power, heating plate load resistance, etc.

Power supply part: supports DC5.0 interface and TYPE-C interface (fast charging decoy 20V100W requires power supply support) input, uses ME3116 DC-DC to step down to 5V to power arduino NANO and other components

Program part: Define the power-on waiting mode, low-temperature solder paste reflow mode, medium-temperature solder paste reflow mode, high-temperature solder paste reflow mode and heating table mode. The temperature is determined by checking the index table. The temperature control is a simple judgment switch MOS.

Types of PCB boards required: control board, heating board, heat shielding board. The finished product consists of: top heating plate + heat insulation plate + heat insulation plate + control board + bottom plate (used to protect the control board, using the heating plate) 5 PCBs plus M2 copper pillar screws

M2 support copper pillar screws: double-pass 10*4 + single-pass (10+3)*4+ single-pass (22+3)*4+ single-pass (4+3)*4+ 8 M2*4*4 flat heads The unit of the screw is mm (it depends on personal preference as to how high you want to add)

To connect the control board to the heating board circuit, you can use wire welding or M2 copper pillars as wires. I used wires to solder the PT1000 platinum thermal resistor to the control board and then used high-temperature tape to stick it to the center of the heating board.

M2 copper pillar size for heating plate connection circuit: single pass (22+3)*2+single pass (40+3)*2 (need to select the size with supporting copper pillars)

Power supply suggestions: (Recommended power supply voltage: within 16---24V, the bigger the power, the better. The power supply should be matched with a suitable heating plate, otherwise it will not be able to reach a higher temperature or the heating will be slow or even the power supply will be worn down)

Note: High temperature is dangerous, please be careful. I can’t figure out how to calibrate it, so the voltage, current and temperature are not very accurate, so I’ll just use it.
