Overview

The front is a SMD practice board, which contains 120 original components and 264 solder points. It can be practiced up to 3 times. The manual SMD technology has improved by leaps and bounds. The back is a tool card, including unit conversion ruler, aperture size, wire diameter, wire spacing, commonly used SMD original pads and other toolbars. At the same time, the silk screen in the middle can be changed to your own LOGO, and you can customize your own PCB business card according to the PCB size. It is 9*7.2mm, slightly larger than ordinary cards, and very convenient to carry (you know the size is smaller than 10*10). At the same time, it can be used as a business card for job applications, which can visually show others your welding basics. At the same time, the toolbar of the card is very convenient for PCB design.

The three columns on the left side of the front are 0603, 0805, and 1206 12 resistor chip pins, and the three columns on the right are 0603, 0805, and 1206 12 capacitor chip pins respectively. There is a detection terminal attached to the lower side of each column, which can be used Check the welding effect. The middle area is a simple circuit composed of CD4017 and NE555. The capacitors and resistors of the middle circuit are all 0805 specifications. After the circuit is welded successfully, the LED column on the right will have the effect of running lights, the 4 LEDs on the left will flash regularly, and the single LED on the lower side will flash. The frequency is the same as the running water lamp frequency. The circuit as a whole can be used as a verification for patch welding. As long as you insist on practicing 3 boards, your manual patching skills will improve qualitatively. The back side makes full use of the space to insert tools such as conversion ruler, wire diameter, wire spacing, and pad display. Taking advantage of the needs of the front detection end, the detection end is set to a pad with a closed aperture as a display column of the size of the drilled hole. The middle part is a customized LOGO. You can replace the middle part with your own LOGO or business card, contact information, etc. (I just put the LOGO and name here when it comes to privacy), and the design can be completely personalized. At the same time, the circuit is not covered with copper. If you like copper, you can add a copper layer yourself.

As an electronics enthusiast, it really doesn’t make sense if I can only write a few programs, draw a few PCBs, and can’t solder with a soldering iron. Some friends may not be able to solder resistors and capacitors, or they may not be able to solder them well; or they may be able to solder some plug-in devices, but cannot solder them once the patch is reached.
