Baby Nazgul rack revision

Design Principles:

1. There must be a light and BB ring circuit (the light is 0605LED self-flash, WS2812 has two specifications, 1206 and 5050; it can be customized as needed)
2. The overall weight does not exceed 20g
3. In principle, only flight control hole positions supporting 16 and 25.5Aio are supported.
4. In principle, the V1 version only supports 14MM image transmission bits. The base plate is mainly adjusted.
5. The upper and lower covers of the large version are universal, and the integrated design supports camera covers and antenna ports.

LED resistance calculation

The R1 bit is a resistor, connected to the LED lights on both sides. You can use 0603 or 0805 for the light. It is recommended to use self-flash. Taobao link

It doesn’t matter if there are more or less resistors. You don’t need to be very precise. Some common resistor notes:

1. 20 LEDs: 8.2

2. 16 LEDs: 10 ohms

v1.2

1. There are lights and BB sound circuits
2. The base plate, upper plate and camera bracket (14MM high) are integrated into one
3. It can be printed directly, the overall size is 9.51cm, 9.69cm
4. The reinforcing ribs were adjusted to the appropriate width. In order to add lights, two of the three holes were changed.
5. There is an m2 14mm camera position at the tail, which can be fixed at the bottom or used to tie the ELRS antenna

1. The upper cover supports direct plug-in of 18650 batteries✅
2. Corrected the height of the camera bracket integrated in the bottom plate to the commonly used 20mm 15mm height✅
3. Adjust the circuit spacing, correct the 3 screw holes of the motor -> 4 screw holes, and adjust the areas that are too thin, such as the edge of the 14mm through hole at the tail✅
4. A G-shaped motor cable bracket is added at the rear , which is suitable for holding the XT30 18awg cable.
5. Camera card link removed to protect fragile circuitry

v2.1 (1.9-inch paddle version)

1. Supports larger paddles, up to 54mm, can support 1.9-inch and 2-inch (2020) paddles✅
2. Reduce the number of lights to 4 (*2) on one side, and the whole machine can have up to 16 lights, with double-layer wiring.
3. The camera bracket supports ELRS T-type antenna front
4. The motor base holes are all metalized, making them more durable and dissipating heat faster.
5. 1.4mm screw holes are added to the four corners of the machine arm to fix the bracket.

v3 (1.6-inch paddle PUDY-Little Fatty)

1. Reduced size to reduce wasted space (wheelbase 78, overall within 75x73), suitable for 1.6-inch propellers (40mm)
2. Remove stiffeners to reduce wind resistance
3. Optimized the solder joints of LED lights, making them more beautiful
