Basic size

 

Bottom size (mm): W12.9, H9.9

Top size (mm): W2.10, H8.5

 

Design Principles:

    • There must be lights
    • Large version with universal upper and lower covers
    • The overall weight does not exceed 20g
    • Try to support 16MM, 20MM, 25.5Aio flight control hole position, and 20MM image transmission position.
    • If necessary, add 10MM and 14MM image transmission bits

 

V1 version

 

  1. Mainly adjusted the bottom plate. The bottom plate has added holes for the BB ring. The distance between the BB ring pins is 8, and any similar ones can be plugged in directly.
  2. The camera has three solder joints +, -, vin.

 

 

main problem:

  1. The four M2 holes that support the aluminum pillars and partially fix the motor are too close to the edge. Although it proves that it does not affect the strength, it is still a bit unsightly.
  2. The matching top cover has no circuit, and some of the M2 holes are too close to the edge.
  3. The camera is still not available for some large 14mm cameras. A 14mm one costs at least 90 yuan, and a 19mm one only costs 50 yuan.

Actual measurement:

  1. The whole rack weighs about 13g
  2. It took off at 75g, exploded N times, and changed the propellers twice. The strength and elasticity are all fine. The motor is also well protected, but the edges are a bit peeling.

  • v2 top cover plus 4 WS2812 in parallel, PCB ✅
  • The aluminum pillar of v3's nose is widened and changed to support 19mm camera, the tail is added with protrusion to facilitate the attachment of T-shaped antenna, 5 WS2812 are added in parallel on the top cover, the position is adjusted, 4 wings are added with lights, and the camera has 4 solder joints (with OSD camera) , add fixings to the wing, change the aluminum base version✅
  • The extended tail of the v4 supports 16 and 20 flight control positions, and supports 20x20 image transmission positions. The use of jumpers optimizes the wing light circuit layout. Both the bottom plate and the upper plate have protrusions for hanging rubber bands (fixing the battery). Aluminum base✅
  • v5 Add 15mm and 20mm camera bracket side plates to the board. Open the corresponding holes on the bottom plate. Open the corresponding holes on the bottom plate. No printing is needed. At the same time, connect 1 light on each side, just like on the wing. circuit. Recommended PCB, easy to cut (you need to cut it yourself) ❌ (The distance between the brackets is not adjusted properly) 5.8G patch antennas are added to the upper and lower covers, and the upper cover is more stylish✅
  • The v6 arm has added circuit wiring. Because there are reinforced ribs, try to remove the horizontal bars in the arm to make it more beautiful. The distance between the camera nails has been adjusted. The overall structural style has been changed to an H shape. A reasonable hole has been opened at the tail to tie the straps. , 14mm, 20mm vtx screw holes (same as the support column); 3 rubber band hanging holes are added to the upper cover, and the tail is recessed to block the image transmission antenna, and the overall weight is reduced✅
  • v7 plans to build a 2.3-inch ultra-small lightweight aircraft
    • 16mm fly tower, 14mm small image transmission, nano elrs receiver
