Small size, high power, AUX audio input and Bluetooth two-in-one high-efficiency Class D digital amplifier
The power amplifier IC is TI's TPA3116D2, which is small in size and high in power. It has a dual-channel 50-watt output power (4 ohm load), and can also be bridged with two-channel 100-watt output.
Features short-circuit and thermal protection as well as overvoltage, undervoltage and DC protection for comprehensive protection against malfunctions. In an overload situation, the device will feedback the fault condition to the processor, thereby preventing itself from being damaged.
Chip operating voltage: 4.5 V ~ 26 V
The power supply part uses a high-power DC socket, and the power supply is recommended to be 15~24V. LDO-7812 is used to power the front-end chip NE5532, and LDO-7805 is used to power the Bluetooth module.
Bluetooth is a finished module bought on Taobao, which can be embedded on the power amplifier board. Jerry's Bluetooth 4.2 solution.
(emmm, the sound quality of this module is average, just listen to it...)
Volume adjustment and preamplification, the op amp uses two NE5532 ( copied from the project of Chai Gong Dao ) . Click the text in the brackets to view the original project.
Adjustable frequency design
For more information on frequency, please click → The relationship between digital power amplifier sound quality and carrier frequency
Please refer to the figure below to set the frequency according to your needs. Just use solder to short-circuit the pads.
The higher the frequency, the greater the fever! Please take good heat dissipation measures.
The official default frequency is 400kHz, and the three pins AM0 AM1 AM2 are connected to ground.
The power of the amplifier is very high, and these two small speakers can’t handle it~~
