The 2.0 version of the photography slide supports using a mobile phone to connect to WiFi for control, and can also control speed, soft start and other parameters, and store them in EEPROM. In addition, Photography Slide 2.0 also has a special layout for the location of heating components to reduce the operating temperature of the components as much as possible and improve stability and service life. The slide rail is powered by a single 18650 battery, which supports charging and use. A 2600 mAh battery can work for about 6 hours.
The lithium battery protection part of this board uses the DW01+FS8205A solution, and the charging part uses TC4056 , which supports a maximum charging current of 1A. The 3.3v voltage stabilizing solution uses AP2112K , while the boost part uses the MT3608 solution.
3.3v is used to drive the ESP8266 module. The boost part boosts the lithium battery to about 9.7v for use by the TMC2208 module. The silicone wheel on the stepper motor rotates, thereby driving the movement of the entire slider.
This is the potentiometer used by TMC2208 to adjust the current. If the current adjustment is too large, the motor will heat up and waste energy. If the current adjustment is too small, the torque of the motor will be insufficient. After testing, it is more appropriate to adjust the voltage of the potentiometer to ground to 0.28v. If your motor is the same as mine, you can use my values directly.
The compressed package contains the compiled BIN directly, saving you the trouble of building an Arduino IDE. It also has the source code of the program, so you can add your favorite functions. My Bilibili needs your support https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1EA411u7ep/
