1. Engineering principle: The sensor converts the received light signal into an electrical signal and outputs current, and uses the I/U converter to convert current and voltage and conduct three-way analysis.
, the first is to extract and analyze the DC signal, and equate the intensity of the DC signal to the light intensity. The stronger the DC signal, the stronger the optical signal. Secondly, extract the power frequency signal.
Use the frequency and amplitude discrimination circuit designed in the circuit to analyze the power frequency signal. If the signal is a 220 power frequency signal, the electrical signal frequency should be 50HZ. Finally, the high-frequency signal is extracted and analyzed.
And the results of the above three branches are sent to the microcontroller for processing. After processing, it is judged whether the detection light source is qualified.
2. Function: To detect whether the optical quality of lighting products is qualified and to remind lighting users.
3. Working conditions: Use an oscilloscope and test under the illumination of the measured light source.
4. Test parameters: frequency and amplitude of DC signal, industrial/high frequency signal.
