Design of DC motor speed measurement and control instrument (including schematic diagram, PCB, source code, and physical photos)

 
Overview
1. This design has functions such as remote control function selection, real-time speed display, speed control and direction control. 2. The AT89C51 chip will be used to design a low-cost DC motor control system. 3. The microcontroller generates a PWM signal and sends it to the H-bridge drive circuit to drive the DC motor. The DC motor sends the real-time speed back to the microcontroller through the speed measurement circuit for speed display. In this way, the speed and steering of the motor can be controlled, and the purpose of DC motor speed regulation can be achieved. 4. It has a stall alarm function. When the motor is stalled, the buzzer sounds. At this time, the motor needs to be stopped. 5.LCD 1602 is connected to the microcontroller for display. 6. It can accelerate and decelerate in three gears, high gear, mid gear, and low gear, corresponding to different acceleration and deceleration times. Among them, high gear acceleration and deceleration takes the shortest time, and low gear acceleration and deceleration takes the longest.
