Introduction: This product uses a digital RF attenuator composed of the PE43702 chip. It can be operated by manual dialing or through the SPI serial interface.
1. Product Introduction: This product uses a digital RF attenuator composed of the PE43702 chip. It can be operated by manual dialing. Code operations can also be performed through the SPI serial interface
2. Application scenarios: mobile network 3G/4G, wireless network, wired network, TV cable modulator, microwave radio, etc.
3. Product overview: This product is a high linearity degree, 7-bit digital RF step attenuator, "DSA" with an attenuation range of 0.25 dB steps to 31.75 dB. The frequency range is attenuated from LF-4GHz. This 50 ohm RF DSA provides parallel and serial CMOS control interfaces running from a single 5 volt supply and maintains high attenuation accuracy over frequency and temperature. This product uses a DIP switch to control the attenuation, and can also control the attenuation through SPI serial interface programming.
4. Product parameters: Input voltage: 5V
Programmable gain attenuation range: 0 to 31.75DB step 0.25DB
Input and output impedance: 50 ohms
Bandwidth: 9KHz to 4GHz
Hardware interface: SPI interface, SMA interface, power interface
PCB size: 35mm*49mm
5. Instructions for use:
The corresponding diagram of the DIP switch is shown in the 3D diagram above.
The D0~D6 DIP relationship is detailed in the DIP truth table in the figure below. The 8th DIP switch is used to select serial drive and parallel drive. Parallel drive is used DIP switch selects the attenuation relationship (see the DIP truth table below for details). The serial driver is driven by the SPI interface. See the attachment for the driver code. Serial and parallel selection, upward is serial selection, downward is parallel selection
DIP true value
Adjust the DIP switch according to the value you want to attenuate. 6. Note
