Self-balancing Lello triangle V2 motor out of stock solution

In the first half of the year, 45 Bacteria’s self-balancing Lello triangle was all the rage, ranking third in the number of likes on Kaiyuan Square. Later, the V2 version was launched ( https://oshwhub.com/45coll/zi-ping-heng-di-lai-luo-san-jiao_10-10-ban-ben_copy ), and the KDA boss replaced the driver and launched V2 .3 version, muyan boss added wireless charging and other functions. And after testing, V2 using the 2715 motor really beats V1 in terms of performance and success rate. However, since the motor is an outflow of inventory after the collapse of Haoxiang, there is a risk of being out of stock. At present, the price of this motor has risen from about 10 yuan to 100 yuan, and it is not shipped~~

So I chose another motor, which has a large inventory and is relatively cheap (the cost of modification may be more expensive than the motor, of course, because the motor is too cheap). The goal of the modification is: not to do anything to the original main control part. Change! This is a hard requirement.

The selected motor is the 3205 motor, unlimited position. This motor was released after the Xiaomi gimbal stabilizer was discontinued. There are about 2W units in stock, and the current price is 3.5 yuan. It is the same as the 2715 motor, both are 12n14p. After testing, the code part does not need to be changed. There are two types of this motor, both with built-in radial magnetic rings. The limited version has a flat bottom, but unfortunately, the limit device cannot be removed without damage; the unlimited version has very little cogging, but the disadvantage is that the bottom is uneven. , therefore a 3D printed adapter is needed; because the motor leads are shorter and thinner and the interface is inconsistent with the original main control board, an adapter plate is designed; and because the motor rotor bolt holes are different from 2715, a new one is designed momentum wheel.

The fasteners that need to be purchased are as follows:

1. 6 M1.6*6 bolts, two of which are used to fix the adapter and motor, and four are used to fix the main control and adapter (the adapter plate is placed directly between the main control and the motor, that is, the bolts must pass through both PCB);

2. It is best to fix the adapter with the motor with high-temperature resistant structural glue, because there are only two bolts on the motor stator and they are concentrated at the upper part. If only fixed with bolts, the adapter will easily tilt; you can use TS802 glue;

3. The distance between the magnet and the AS5600 module has increased a lot compared to before. If the AS5600 data is unstable, it is recommended to replace the original female pin header with a 3.5mm high plastic header pin;

4.SH 3P wire is 15cm, cut in the middle to make two wires, one end is welded to the adapter board, and the other end is plugged into the main control

5. Four M2*3 bolts are used to fix the motor rotor and momentum wheel. Be careful not to make the bolts too long. M2*4 will definitely damage the motor coil!

6. One 3p female socket with a spacing of 0.8, used to plug in motor wires.

Things to note when making substitutions are as follows:

1. Use pliers to cut the two long legs of the motor shorter so that the adapter plate does not protrude.

2. Pay attention to the motor wire sequence when welding the adapter board. Place the two terminals as shown below. The 3P wire is red and the motor is black, and then arrange them in order. Of course, you can also weld casually. If the direction is reversed, swap any two wires.
