WeChat applet + Alibaba IoT platform + Hezhou Air724UG serverless IoT system

 
Overview

    Today I am going to start building a serverless version of the Internet of Things system using the WeChat applet + Alibaba IoT platform + Hezhou Air724UG.

Today I will write down the main design ideas.

  1.     Front-end ----- Complete human-computer interaction functions with users, and prepare to use WeChat applet development + Ali IoTStudio to develop Ali applet for users to control IoT devices, (this part is all free)
  2. Server ----- developed using Tencent Cloud Server to implement database storage, image storage, data processing cloud functions and other functions. (This part is also free)
  3. IoT middle platform ------ uses the Alibaba IoT platform to realize functions such as creating IoT products, creating IoT devices, managing IoT devices, controlling devices through the MQTT protocol, and caching device attribute data and service data, (adopted Public platform is free)
  4. Mobile IoT device side------Using Hezhou Air724UG for hardware design to realize relay control, digital switch information collection (on and off), analog information collection (stability, voltage, etc.), 485/232/modebus Communication and other functions. (Hezhou Air724UG + mobile SIM card is slightly more expensive,)
  5. Circuit design and plate making------Circuit design adopts Jialichuang platform design power + plate making. (Basically free here)
  6. The front-end WeChat applet control device is directly connected to the Alibaba IoT platform. The IoT platform and the device are linked through the 4G cat.1 communication method to perform device measurement and control functions.

Tencent Cloud Service serves as a data management platform to manage and control the entire project.

     The project includes small program development, server development, IoT middle-end development, 4G module development, microcontroller program development, circuit diagram design, component selection and welding, overall system debugging, etc. (After eating soft rice, eat hard rice. It’s difficult!!!)

     1. Hardware design

      Hardware is the core of system implementation, involving hardware design and Air724UG module program development.

     The hardware part includes the Air724UG module core board.

     Functions include: 4G module core board, 4G, 5V power supply, lithium battery charging, lithium battery power supply SI network indicator light, etc.

     The hardware part includes Air724UG measurement and control baseboard

       Functions include: Ruyikong measurement and control backplane, optocoupler isolation relay, sensor, LED light, temperature sensor, ADC acquisition potentiometer, etc.
