Overview

The work of the Bionic Robot Dog Design Training Camp, the HI3861 main control chip controls the PCA9685 chip to output 16 PWM channels, and the remaining parts are reserved for expansion use;

The main control chip is connected to the base plate using stamp holes, and after disassembly, they are connected through pin headers and female headers. Conveniently, after the project is completed, the main control chip can continue to be used in other projects;

Lead to free IO port;

Lead out 5V and 3.3V respectively for external power supply;

LED1 and LED2 are 3V3 and 5V power indicator lights respectively;

J7 leads to the IIC interface, and the welding header can be connected to a 0.96-inch OLED screen, which can display some status parameters later;

LED3 is the program running indicator light. It flashes at a fixed frequency when the program is running normally, making it easy to observe the program operation. LED3 is controlled by the GP02 pin. This pin is also led out through the H5 pin header. If the program running indicator light is used, R7 is not soldered. .

Use a 12V adapter for power supply. Cut off the DC head and solder it to the power supply port. Because there is no PCA9685 in Lichuang Mall, Taobao purchased the lu9685 module for external connection. The module and servo cable are hidden in the body, and the IIC is connected to the IIC interface of the main control board. On, the main control board provides 5V power supply to 9685.

After burning the firmware, the actual verification passed.
