2.1系统方案结构
本方案设计的架构如图2.1所示,主要分为LED灯模块、语音识别模块、蓝牙模块、舵机、光线检测模块、主控制器N32G430C8L7等组成,旨在使用离线语音识别或手机控制智能设备,模拟智能家居系统。

 4.1电源部分
根据国民技术提供的手册可知主控制器N32G430C8L7需要 2.4V 至 3.6V 的工作电压(VDD),VDD 为外部电源。因此本设计的电源部分通过 USB 口供 5V 电源,再使用稳压芯片 AMS1117-3.3V 将供电电压 5V 转换成 3.3V 电压。SW1 为电源的开关;C1、C2 是输入电容,作用是对输入电源进行滤波;C3、C4 是输出电容,作用是抑制自激振荡。LED 灯为电源指示灯。电源部分的电路原理图如图所示。

4.2LED模块电路
LED模块是由四个LED灯(照明灯、红灯、蓝灯、绿灯)和限流电阻组成。LED灯的阳极接上拉电阻,阴极接IO,分别接PA4、PA5、PA6、PA7。当IO口输出低电平时,LED亮;输出高电平时,LED灯熄灭。电路如图所示。

4.4 SG90电机
舵机是由脉冲信号控制的,该脉冲信号一般需要一个20ms的时基脉冲,高电平一般是0.5ms到2.5ms。(如图4.4.1所示),当脉宽变化时,舵机角度也会变化,且两者的变化成正比,因此,可通过根据它们这个关系来调节占空比的大小,从而改变舵机的位置。本项目通过引脚输出 PWM 信号从而来控制舵机转动角度,从而实现设备的开关的功能。本次设计使用的舵机(实物图如图4.4.2)角度与脉冲宽度的对应关系如表4-4-1所示。

4.6语音识别模块
本项目选用 SU-03T 模块来实现语音识别功能,先对外界的声音进行识别,再判别对应的信息,产生对应的指令,接着将指令通过串口通信的方式与N32G430C8L7单片机通信,单片机再控制设备实现对应的功能。

在此项目之前我从来没有焊接过芯片,只焊接过开关、USB、0805比较简单的元器件,而本次设计使用的N32G430C8L7芯片,封装为LQFP48,ic引脚比较密集,对于从未焊接过的我来说,是一件极大的挑战,在焊接过程中容易导致焊锡粘在一起,容易把芯片焊接坏,经过几次焊接后,终于焊接成功。

非常感谢和有机会参加这次暑假训练营活动,在这个过程中,虽然时间非常紧,但却学到了很多知识。

 Power supply part
        According to the manual provided by National Technology, we know that the N32G430C8L7 main controller requires an operating voltage of 2.4V to 3.6V. Therefore, the power supply part of this design provides +5V power through the USB port, and then uses the voltage regulator chip AMS1117-3.3V to convert the supply voltage 5V into 3.3V voltage. SW3 is the power switch; C14 and C15 are input capacitors, which filter the input power supply; C16 and C17 are output capacitors, which suppress self-oscillation. LED1 light is the power indicator light. The circuit schematic diagram of the power supply part is shown in the figure.

4.2 Main control unit
       N32G430C8L7 microcontroller product uses a high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex™-M4F core, integrates a floating-point unit (FPU) and digital signal processing (DSP), and supports parallel computing instructions. The maximum operating frequency is 128MHz, it integrates up to 64KB of on-chip encrypted storage Flash, supports multi-user partition permission management, and supports 16KB of embedded SRAM. Built-in an internal high-speed AHB bus, two low-speed peripheral clock buses APB and bus matrix, supports 40 reusable I/Os, provides rich high-performance analog interfaces, including a 12-bit 4.7Msps ADC, supports 16 external Input channels and 3 internal channels also provide a variety of digital communication interfaces, including 4 U(S)ART, 2 I2C, 2 SPI/I2S, and 1 CAN 2.0B communication interface. The N32G430C8L7 microcontroller product can stably operate in the temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, with a power supply voltage of 2.4V to 3.6V, and provides a variety of power consumption modes.
       The chip used in this project is N32G430C8L7. When designing the circuit, it should be noted that each power supply pin of the chip needs to be connected to an additional 100nF external filter capacitor, and pin 1 of the chip needs to be connected to an additional 4.7uf filter capacitor. 4.3 LED module circuit The
        LED module is composed of three LED lights (red light, blue light, green light) and a current limiting resistor. The anode of the LED lamp is connected to the pull-up resistor, the cathode is connected to IO, and PA6, PA7, and PB1 are connected respectively.         This is my first time to participate in a training camp activity, and it is also my first time to solder circuits. Therefore, the solders are often broken during the soldering process.         I am very grateful to Jialichuang and National Technology for providing me with the opportunity to participate in this summer training camp. In this process, every step is a big challenge for me, but I have learned a lot of knowledge.
        This project is the first time I have participated in a training camp. Although the circuit was designed with reference to the case provided, in the process I learned how to design a voltage and current sampling circuit and some precautions for designing the circuit. I also learned how to use Jialichuang EDA. . I was also newly exposed to the development project of National Technology MCU and learned some tips on soldering circuits.
