(Note: In order to achieve negative temperature, eeprom reads 64 to be 0 degrees Celsius) In other words, this controller supports control from -63 degrees to 192 degrees Celsius (but in fact DS18B20 only supports -55 to 125 degrees).
The default program is to turn on and off the controlled device to cause the temperature to drop (refrigerator). I will upload another copy later. Reverse (insulation pot).
 
Pay attention to the pin position of the AC-DC module you bought. The one I bought is exactly opposite to the DC+ and DC- in the schematic diagram. I used the axial lead of the resistor to fly it to the corresponding position, but This is also a big safety hazard
