[Verification successful] CSPS server power supply to xt60 board

Overview

Note: There are risks in making your own, please use it with caution.
Project introduction:
Modified from @Harry_2005, this guy's csps to xt60 project. To optimize this server power supply for my HP HP server power supply (as shown in the picture), you only need to change the 1 on the front of it. , it can be started by shorting 4 pins. As shown in the picture, the two pins I tinned are on this board. I use a switch to connect them, so that I don’t have to cut off the power by plugging and unplugging the ac220 power supply or adapter board. About the 64pin interface , I recommend buying one with corners, not only more beautiful, but also less blocking the cooling air duct of the power supply (Taobao link here)
O1CN01Prsp4R1XMMr8uhXBh_!!1649162909.jpgInstallation method:
Weld the xt60 interface, switch, and 64pin interface to a layer with "This side up" printed on it. That is the bottom layer in the pcb file, and the capacitor is welded on the top layer.
Note: Do not solder backwards, as this will cause damage to your electrical appliances.
For purposes
, you can cut off the connecting wire of the waste atx power supply, solder it on to the xt60 interface
, or simply use it as a Use of 12v regulated power supply
Regarding server power supply,
this board is designed for HP and csps server power supplies with the same interface (as shown in the previous picture). If used in server power supplies with other interfaces, it may cause damage to the power supply or electrical appliances.
The board supports power levels
It depends on the power supply performance and the copper thickness
. Regarding the BOM, you can directly use the automatically generated ones (after all, there are only a few components).
The copper strips can be stacked with tin instead, and the effect will of course be worse.
