[Lichuang Development Board] Based on GD32 game console

Overview

The plan is to realize the game function and then develop the game console into a controller. But now there is a problem with the power circuit. I tested it with a power-on multimeter and found that the voltage is not enough. Now I can only use the power supply of the development board. Here I added 2 buttons. , is to be developed into a handle later. Then I also reserved a Bluetooth interface for later development and use.
