80W LED constant current driver

Overview

I have a batch of 12V 100W high-power COB light panels, which have been driven by voltage regulation before. However, because the PWM frequency is not high enough, the light source made using this method is used for shooting fill-in light. Screen flickering will be clearly observed when using the camera. So I looked for a lot of constant current drive ICs, but the drive capabilities were limited, and there were very few chips that exceeded 5A, and many of them were imported chips, which were expensive and had long delivery times. The next best thing was to consider connecting two 5A chips in parallel to power the light board at the same time, so I designed this constant current driver board.
24V input, maximum 7A output. Because the maximum voltage of the light panel is 14V, overvoltage protection is designed, and it can also be used as open circuit protection for the LED output. There is a microcontroller onboard for brightness adjustment and output power control.
Due to the high power and serious heat generation, a heat sink is installed on the back to speed up heat dissipation and ensure long-term stable operation.
