Overview

CN3125 is a charging chip with constant current/constant voltage function. The input voltage range is 2.7V to 6V. It can charge and manage single or double supercapacitors.

Single-cell mode Default charging current: 1.188A
 
The constant voltage charging voltage is set by the voltage dividing resistor of the FB pin.
The constant current charging current is set by the resistor of the ISET pin. The
capacitor voltage automatic balancing circuit can prevent capacitor overvoltage during the charging process and
automatically enter low power consumption when the input voltage is powered off. In sleep mode, the current consumption of the TOP pin and MID pin is less than 3 microamps.
 
Note: In single-cell mode, the capacitor charging current of this module is >0.5A, and the heat is large and requires forced heat dissipation.
