Programmable PD decoder based on CH32V003

 
Overview

This project uses Qinheng's CH224K to implement PD deception and QC deception. After testing, it can successfully deceive the 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 20V gears of the PD protocol charger and the 5V, 9V, 12V gears of the QC protocol charger. , using Qinheng's RISC-V core microcontroller CH32V003F4P6 as the main control to realize key control for deception output in different gears. The final test was able to achieve an output of 2A current for 20 minutes in 12V mode.
This project is a secondary development based on the Github open source project. The original warehouse address is: https://github.com/openwch/ch32v003. Due to time constraints and cost issues, the power supply part of this module was modified and the DC-DC of RY8411 was designed. DC step-down solution and HT7533 LDO step-down solution. The HT7533 solution has been actually tested and can power CH224K and CH32V003F4P6 normally.
Instructions for use: Press and hold the OK button to switch gears. At this time, the output will be disconnected and the output voltage is 0V. Short press the OK button to output voltage and turn off the output. Reduce and increase buttons to adjust the voltage gear. , if the indicator light jumps back to the original gear after short pressing the OK button in gear switching mode, it means that the input charger does not support the output of the voltage of this gear.
Note that the CH32V003F4P6 microcontroller needs to use the latest WCH-LinkE to download the program. The old WCH-Link cannot be downloaded. Students can try to apply for samples on Qinheng’s WeChat public account. I am the one who applied for the sample. Thanks to Qinheng. support.
