Overview

Course Design Summary Report
We chose electronic clocks from many options because it is the most common in daily life and it is very practical to make it. After deciding on this topic, we connected the components on proteus based on the reference simulation diagram given by the teacher, and it can run successfully. I also have a deeper understanding of chips. The chip used in this project is 74LS90. This chip can be used as a decimal adder and subtractor. We use it to perform additions within 60. With it, we cannot directly connect it to the digital tube if needed. The 4511 encoder is used. With the template, we also need a driver. We used the NE555 chip to make an oscillator, and then used the 74LS157 to implement the carry. This is the pin diagram of 74LS90. After the proteus simulation was completed, we turned to Jialichuang for schematic design and board making, because Jialichuang has always provided many discounts for college students and PCB electronics enthusiasts, and also attracted many People fall in love with circuit design. After finishing, we then look for a suitable chip package. Here are some of our members working on schematic design and PCB board design. When designing PCB boards, many of us start from scratch to learn the PCB frame design and the selection of correct component packaging and component layout considerations from scratch. We also searched a lot of information on the Internet. The principles of Jialichuang After the drawings and PCB design were completed, we started purchasing components. We applied for vouchers from Jialichuang, which greatly reduced our funds. The support of Jialichuang Group made our course design go more smoothly. After receiving the components purchased from Lichuang Mall, we began the intense welding process. As a student majoring in electronic information engineering, we must not only master schematic design and PCB board design, but also master welding technology. The following are some members doing the soldering process of PCB boards.
After a round of intense welding process that tested our endurance and carefulness, we completed the welding of the PCB board. Below is the finished product after welding.
 
This course design allowed us to learn a lot of things, such as the role of chips, the schematic diagram of electronic clocks, the design of Jialichuang's PCB board, the purchase of chips and the welding of PCB boards, which made our college life more enjoyable.
