Color sensor VEML6040A3OG evaluation module

Overview

* This project is an evaluation module designed based on the color sensor VEML6040A3OG ([C78465](https://item.szlcsc.com/79600.html)).
* VCC can be connected up to 6V, and the I²C bus voltage is 3.3V.
* The LED pin is active low and the brightness can be adjusted by PWM.
