Connection between PCB and 3D shell
Use hot-melt copper nuts
Use electric iron to heat the nuts to melt and embed them into the plastic column.
Don't heat them for too long, otherwise the plastic column will melt.
PCB and upper acrylic use M2 copper columns and screws to connect
3D shell
3D shell is designed using Fusion 360
The advantage of this software is that it is genuine and free (free version is enough for PCB shell),
but the disadvantages are:
powerful functions need to buy genuine version,
slow loading every time,
low screen resolution.

Acrylic
This project uses 1mm acrylic (2mm is recommended). The project file is still being optimized, and
the actual picture will be updated later.
The length of the output USBA is shorter than usual. You can refer to the size of the purchase link.
The black shell in the picture below is version 1.0. The wiring sequence of the yellow shell in the picture above is different. Please keep consistent with the PCB file layer prompts when wiring.
