Overview

Introduction:
The auxiliary power supply supports a maximum input of 100V, 12V, 5V and -5V output.
The 5V and -5V inputs here are obtained from the LM5164 output, with a maximum total power of 12W. This is to prevent the LM5164 from working in the low-efficiency state at light load. .
The minimum input voltage is 16V, set by R1 and R3, R4 sets the LM5164 operating frequency, and R8 sets the SY8303 operating frequency.
This is the setting of LM5164 to 600KHz. Change R4 to 100K and set it to 300KHz. The 100uh inductor is still enough, and the 68uh inductor can reach 450KHz.
 
 
 
ATTENTION
The input capacitor here must have at least 100V withstand voltage to avoid blowing the capacitor.
The SW pin of SY8303 has a window. It must be tinned when welding. At the same time, be careful that the pin is connected to the tinned input capacitor.
The 100nF model of the input capacitor is wrong. That is 50V withstand voltage, just use 0805 package. You can choose it randomly.
 
Other explanations:
100uh inductor can also be used with 68uh. The picture is Cenke's 68uh.
The 6.8uh one can also be used with 10uh. The picture is Cenke's 10uh.
I have these two models. I'm too lazy to buy according to the schematic. As long as it works,
I just randomly selected the feedforward capacitor of SY8303...
There is a 0Ω resistor in LM2663. If you don't need -5V, you can remove it
. You can solder the pins vertically like in the picture. It can be soldered flat and placed normally. The two pin headers in the previous book need to be soldered to support and fix. Of course, these two pins are also connected to GND on the board, so they can also be connected to the input GND.
Do not reduce the flying capacitance of LM2663, otherwise the output will be negative. Low voltage
 
performance: Quiescent current 0.14mA
under 20V input condition, output 12.13V, 5.04V, -5.00V no-load ripple <0.01V with load not tested
