T-pro elrs built-in tuner

 
Overview

T-Pro is sold in three versions: cc2500/multi-protocol/elrs with built-in tuner. You can only choose one of the three. . . The poor poster bought it too early, bought the cc2500 version, and plugged in the ELRS tuner, but after using it, he found that the convenience of the handle control was destroyed by the tuner. There are already open source ELRS built-in high-frequency heads on the Internet, but the built-in cc2500 can no longer be used.
So, after a few months, I finally couldn't stand it anymore. I made this built-in ELRS high-frequency head by referring to the design of netizens, while retaining the built-in cc2500 (it's not clear whether the built-in four-in-one is compatible). As an adult, of course I want them all. . .

The device is very simple, esp32/e28 2g4m27sx/3.3Vdcdc power module (https://oshwhub.com/hljjmsr/mp9943bec-v0-1_copy) three modules and two 10uf 0.1uf capacitors. A 10k resistor
 
is attached to a 1mm thick thermal conductive sheet. After installing the built-in high-frequency head, the jumper official aluminum heat sink column is still about 0.5-1mm higher than the module. In other words, there is still a tiny gap between the cc2500 module and the elrs high-frequency head module, which reaches the space limit.
 
 
I connected the official original antenna to the ELRS module and added an ordinary small antenna to the cc2500.
It has been verified and used perfectly. It is currently running at 250mw stably and 500mw has not been tested, but the heat dissipation is sufficient. I use an external tuner for a long time with 100mw. What should ELRS be afraid of? The image transmission has lost the full range of the remote control signal.
