1. Product Introduction
Dual A and Dual C single-channel up to 65W protocol fast charging module designed based on Zhirong SW3526. Supports multiple fast charging protocols such as PPS/PD/QC/AFC/FCP/SCP/PE/SFCP and CC/CV mode.
Shell 80*20*50.
2. Application Scenarios
3. Product Overview
SW3526 integrates a high-efficiency switching buck converter, built-in dual N power tubes, load capacity up to 3.5A, efficiency>94% (VIN=12V, VOUT=5V, IOUT=3A).
The switching frequency of the buck converter is 125KHz. It adopts PFM/PWM automatic switching mode, working in PFM mode when light load, and working in PWM mode when medium load and heavy load.
SW3526 supports various output powers, and the ground resistance value can be set through the PSET Pin. The specific correspondence between the resistance value and the output power is as follows:
IV. Product parameters
Input voltage: 6~35V
Output voltage: 5V/9V/12V/15V/20V
Maximum output current: 3.5A
V. Instructions for use
This module is designed with reference to the official schematic diagram. No program is required and it can be used immediately after power on.
The main control chip is QFN package. Please use a heating table or hot air gun when welding.
Pay attention to distinguish between components with positive and negative poles to avoid short circuits.
Please do not necessarily check whether there is a short circuit before powering on to avoid chip burning! ! !
When the board surface temperature is high at full load power, a heat sink or other heat dissipation solution needs to be installed.
VI. Remarks
There is no anti-reverse connection design in the design. Please do not connect it in reverse to avoid irreversible consequences.
The PCB board size is 47*80mm and can be installed using a public mold 80*20*50mm shell.
Try to use solid capacitors to improve efficiency.
In addition to the chip, this solution is available in Lichuang Mall.
