A power filter board composed of inductive components and capacitive components.
This module has no rectifier circuit and can only be connected to DC power. The withstand voltage depends on the withstand voltage of the filter capacitor. It is recommended to leave a 20% margin for the voltage
to be used for adjustable power supplies with larger ripples. , connect the filter in series and then supply power to the load to filter out high-frequency interference. The measured results are great!

It is recommended to use high-frequency low-resistance capacitors (solid capacitors are best, and the withstand voltage must be sufficient)
. The input power first passes through the safety capacitor, then through the magnetic rod inductor and capacitor to filter out differential mode interference, and then through the common mode inductor to filter out common mode interference.
The ripple is further filtered through two sets of capacitors.

The power supply uses a buck step-down module. After filtering, it is connected to a 10-ohm alloy electronics.
The module output voltage is 12v, and the load current is about 1.2A.
The oscilloscope is connected to the buck module output. terminal, the measured vpp is about 60mv, and the picture shows the waveform of 10mv/

div. The oscilloscope is connected to the filter output terminal, and the vpp is measured about 11mv, and the picture shows the waveform of 10mv/div. From this, it can be judged that the module’s effective
visual waveform is smooth, and there is no obvious switching pattern. Wave,
a few small burrs may be coupling interference at the oscilloscope's grounding alligator clip.

There are several line width errors in DRC. The reason is that several 0.01mm wires are used to cut the slits (in order to allow the current to flow through each capacitor. Pins)
are considered an essence of the filter board.
It stands to reason that these 0.01mm traces will not be manufactured.
For safety reasons, they can be deleted before exporting the gerber, but the copper will not be re-layed (otherwise the slits will be filled).
