Adjustable constant current electronic load v2.0

 
Overview

High-power linearly adjustable constant current electronic load, successfully verified! (The power has been refreshed to 300 watts)
I am planning to start a power supply project. I want to have an adjustable electronic load, but a slightly larger power one costs 3-4 hundred yuan, so I want to make one myself.
The cost is about 50-60 yuan, and
TL431 is used as the voltage. Reference, precision potentiometer adjusts the voltage, LM358 negative feedback drives four independent mos tubes, and cannot be driven in parallel!
SX1308 boost output is about 13.5 volts, (the voltage is set by the resistor) to power the op amp and fan, temperature control circuit, 10k thermistor, start the fan at 6.8k (set value),
 
 
 
CPU radiator for radiator, Taobao whole bus It's suitable for computer users.                                  
A tube worth about 10 yuan is attached to the bottom of the radiator like this (the contact must be good). It
               
is currently fixed with a saw blade, but the PCB is slightly deformed. 
   
You can use a mobile phone charger or a transformer for power supply. Don't use both at the same time! It's possible! Burn your phone charger! 
   
The screws fixing the radiator should be padded with insulating pads as much as possible.
                                                                                         The fan works intermittently when the power is low, and the fan is always on when the power is high. The pressure strips I bought have not arrived. In the preliminary test, 
 
the pressure strips have reached about 200 watts. The upper limit of the tested power has been increased to 300 watts, and the heat dissipation is a bit It's difficult (about 100 degrees Celsius). It is recommended to use a larger radiator or a fan with greater wind power.
 
 
Just buy a digital meter and connect it to the voltage and current. I
