DER-425 - 15 W Low THD Universal Input LED Driver

Overview

This document describes a non-isolated, high power factor (PF), low THD LED driver designed to drive 200 V nominal at 75 mA over an input voltage range of 95 VAC to 265 VAC (50 Hz typical) LED string voltage. The LED driver uses LYT4213E in the LYTSwitch-4 series IC. The topology used is a single-stage non-isolated buck-boost to meet the application's high power factor, constant current regulation and low THD requirements. This document contains LED driver specifications, schematics, PCB details, bill of materials, transformer documentation and typical performance characteristics.
