Project Introduction
This project, an electromagnetic gun, mainly involves the simple construction of a test electromagnetic gun to understand its principles. The boost circuit uses a boost circuit, IGBTs as switching transistors, and electrolytic capacitors as energy storage components.
Project Function
This design is an electromagnetic gun based on an STM32F407 microcontroller. It has two independent buttons for firing and resetting. When the power switch is pressed, the STM32 starts working, and the boost circuit supplies 60V. When the DIP switch is on, the 60V charges the capacitor. After charging for approximately 10 seconds, the DIP switch is turned off before the button can be pressed to fire the bullet. This achieves a simple microcontroller-controlled firing function.

it uses an LGS6302B5 Legend-Si chip as the 60V power supply chip for the boost circuit;

it uses a PC817C optocoupler chip for voltage isolation between the control circuit and the transmitting circuit;
the transmitting circuit uses an IGBT (FGH60N60SMD) from OnSemi.
