Update:
20240817 The main frequency crystal oscillator was changed from 40MHz to 8MHz. (I'm used to drawing ESP32 circuits, /facepalm)
1. Project Description:
This development board only used the STM32-ST-LINK Utility software to download programs and to light up the red LED connected to PC13.
