DapLink version 0402 based on CH32

 
Overview
Main functions:
DAP debugger + serial to USB, dual-function
5V and 3V power output with current limiting protection.
 
Design points:
1. Uses 0402 components, single-sided component arrangement allows for economical SMT and miniaturized design.
2. Includes an external microcontroller reset button (I usually don't include a reset button on my own boards).
3. SWD, UART, and RST pins are arranged together for a more aesthetically pleasing 2*6 connector.
 
Circuit design and circuit principle:
Based on the CH32V203F6P6 chip,
it is essentially a microcontroller minimum system, so there's not much to say about that. It
features comprehensive USB interface ESD and TVS protection, and SWD and UART interface series resistor protection.
PCB layout design:
The PCB layout uses top signal layer traces + inner high-current copper pours, ensuring both aesthetics and performance.
The Type-C interface has grooves on both sides for easy gripping.
The 2*8 header uses a clamp design, requiring a 1.6mm board thickness.
SWD, UART, and RST pins are grouped together to accommodate 2*6 connectors. The 5V and 3V output pins are set up in a separate row.

Other:
After completion, it is recommended to use transparent heat shrink tubing for protection to prevent accidental short circuits.
