XILINX JTAG FT2232/4232

Overview

This is a self-made Xilinx JTAG programmer, primarily using the FT2232/4232 chip. It features Type-C power supply and communication, an 8-pin 2.54 interface output, and outputs one JTAG signal and one UART signal.
The schematic reference is: XILINX SMT3 - JLCPCB EDA Open Source Hardware Platform (oshwhub.com).
Unnecessary components have been removed, and a VCCIO option has been added. Testing showed that the FT2232 can operate at 1.8V IO, eliminating the need for Levelshift.

Due to Xilinx's special mechanism requiring verified configurations to be downloaded to the EEPROM, EEPROM programming is necessary. The EEPROM programming tool and BIN file are available here:
