The original solution was redrawn and redesigned, separating the networking part and the control part.

2. PCBs

are all double-layer boards. The design size is based on the size of a citizen's ID card. You can purchase a suitable storage box to store them.

3. Development Board Introduction
 [Main Control Board]

The development board is divided into a main control board and a networking board. The two are connected together by pin headers and sockets in a stacked form. You can redesign it to adapt to your solution.
The main control can use STM32F103Cx and GD32F103Cx/F303Cx series microcontrollers. The baseboard has an onboard RS485 interface and a DC connector for additional power supply to 485 devices. It also
has an SPI interface compatible with common SPI-driven TFT-LCD screens.
The baseboard has two user buttons: a reset button and a BOOT0 button. It also has a power LED and a user LED, an AT24C02 chip, a W25Q64 chip, and a C1220 power supply battery.
The baseboard has a buzzer, a CH340 chip, and a USB-C interface for easy debugging.

[Network Board]

The network board uses the CAT.1 module from Youyun, the same as the original blogger's solution, which is also a way to learn how to use this module.
The network board has two LINK indicator lights to show the status of the two sockets and route the status to the connection point.
It also has a reset button and a rod-shaped 4G antenna.
