MSI Dedicated TPM2.0 Module - 14-pin LPC Interface

Overview

Introduction:
This is a TPM2.0 module based on the Infineon SLB9665, suitable for MSI motherboards with a 14-pin connector (such as the B450 Mortar MAX).
Usage:

Plug it into the JTPM1 connector on the motherboard.
In the BIOS, go to Settings/Security/Trusted Computing, set SecurityDeviceSupport to Enabled, and AMD fTPM switch to Disable.
Restart and check "Windows Security Center/Device Security/Security Processor Details"; the module information should show Infineon as the manufacturer.

Note:

Infineon only provides firmware and update tools to OEMs. Therefore, it is recommended to purchase the FW563 version of the SLB9665 from LCSC to avoid the hassle of firmware updates.
The PP pin is set to pull down, therefore it does not support TPM1.2; you can modify it yourself if needed.
