1. Overview: ZY3102 fluorescent lamp infrared remote control system is developed by Shenzhen Zhongyuan Single Chip Microcomputer Development Co., Ltd. It can use one infrared remote control transmitter to perform timed shutdown, switch control and dimming control on four fluorescent lamps at the same time. The main functional characteristics are briefly described as follows:

The whole machine is managed by an 8-bit microprocessor HT48R06A-1. Two address lines are set to select the address of the fluorescent lamp. Four address selections can be achieved, that is, one remote control transmitter can control 4 fluorescent lamps at the same time. The addresses are 00, 01, 10 and 11. One port line receives infrared pulse signals. One port line controls the switch of the fluorescent lamp. Six (or seven) I/Os are used to realize simple DA conversion output, and the control voltage is output from 0.5-3.2V (divided into 64 or 128 levels). It is used to control the brightness of the fluorescent lamp. Two (or three) LEDs are used to indicate the timing time. The appearance of the remote control transmitter is shown in Figure 2.
We also added a conversion switch to the circuit, so that the fluorescent lamp can be controlled by remote control or manual control. The manual control is equipped with a dimming potentiometer, through which the brightness of the fluorescent lamp can also be adjusted.
The timing is divided into three levels: 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours. You can easily choose by pressing the Time button on the transmitter. You can understand the timing situation through the flashing indication of the LED. If you want to cancel the timing function and require the fluorescent lamp to be always on, you can also press "Time" to achieve it.
Use the "▲" and "▼" keys to adjust the brightness of the fluorescent lamp. There are four groups of buttons on the transmitter to control four fluorescent lamps respectively. At the same time, the "ON/OFF" and "RESET" buttons are set on the transmitter to turn on and off all fluorescent lamps and reset all settings. The operation is very convenient.
The whole machine has a simple structure, a simple circuit, and a low cost, but the functions added to the fluorescent lamp are significant, realizing the intelligent control of lighting, bringing a revolution to the application of fluorescent lamps, and making ordinary lamps remotely controlled and intelligent.
