Can you work hard and be motivated on Monday? [Copy link]

Most people don’t want to get up and go to work on Monday after a weekend, and they feel listless and can’t get into work right away when they get to work. Is this the case for everyone? How can we change this? ?

I think Monday's tiredness is not physical, but mental. When we think about starting a week's work, we feel heavy mentally, and this mental feeling will be transmitted to the body. Otherwise, why would Wednesday be easier?
