28 "Wanli" Raspberry Pi car - car assembly [Copy link]

Now everything is ready, only assembly is left. All the components of the car are shown in the picture below.

Assembling the car

1. Assemble the Raspberry Pi, heat sink, and motor driver

Choose a thin heat sink that can fit between the Raspberry Pi and the motor driver, and secure the whole thing with screws.

2. Assemble the chassis of the Nam wheel trolley (pay attention to the installation order of the threads of the Nam wheel, as shown in the figure below)

3. Secure the Raspberry Pi and battery (using screws and binding wires )

4. Connect the drive lines (the order of the motors is the same as the quadrant order of the coordinate system, as shown above)

5. Arrange the wiring harness

The final assembly is completed as follows.
