Circuit Function and Advantages

This circuit uses the AD5754BREZ, a quad, 16-bit, serial input, unipolar/bipolar voltage output DAC, and the REF192ESZ, a 2.5 V precision voltage reference, to provide unipolar and bipolar data conversion. The only additional external components required for this 16-bit DAC circuit are decoupling capacitors on the power supply pins and reference input, saving cost and board space. This circuit is ideal for closed-loop servo control applications.
