It is not clear. Is it read-only or read-write? If it is read-write, is it occasional writing or frequent random writing? Is it volatile or non-volatile? 5V power supply or 3.3V? Is the 16K or 32K capacity bit or byte? How fast is not fast? Is 10ms to write a data acceptable?

It is for reading and writing, 5V power supply, generally the power supply range is quite wide, you can add an extra voltage regulator chip, I just chose a Microchip E2PROM, the data sheet is OK
