LM3886 Power Amplifier and Homemade Chassis

This is a simple chassis using only four aluminum plates and two heatsinks. The compact design tightly houses the LM3886 chip amplifier kit. The top and bottom plates are placed in grooves cut into the heatsinks using a table saw, and then the front and rear panels are directly bolted to the end fins of the heatsinks. The rear panel is secured using M3 nuts and bolts, while the panel attached to the heatsink is directly tapped into the heatsink with M4 bolts, eliminating the need for additional brackets. The heatsink measures 75 x 160 x 50 mm, with a base thickness of 10 mm.
