AVR Thermometer TCN77
The TC77 is a serially accessible digital temperature sensor. Temperature data is converted from an internal thermistor and is readily available as a 13-bit two's complement digital word. Communication with the TC77 is achieved via SPI and Microwire-compatible interfaces. It features 12-bit signed temperature resolution with 0.0625°C per least significant bit (LSb). The TC77 provides a temperature accuracy of ±1.0°C (maximum) over a temperature range of +25°C to +65°C. During operation, the TC77 consumes only 250 μA (typical). The TC77's configuration register can be used to activate a low-power shutdown mode, which consumes only 0.1 μA (typical).
